30 seconds to one minute in each pose!
*Have pillows/blanket handy to use under your knees!
Straddle: Middle, left, right
*Hips, groin, back of thighs, inner knees
Seated forward stretch
*Hamstrings and lower back
Pigeon: left, right
*Opens hips to relieve pressure in your lower back & sciatica
Couch stretch: left, right
*Hip flexors and quads, should help relieve knee pain
