warm up:

15 arm circles

10 crossack squats

5 sit ups


WOD 1: until you can’t complete set in one min.


min1) 4 straight leg sit-ups + 4 air squats

min 2) 6 straight leg sit ups + 6 air squats

min 3) 8 straight leg sit ups + 8 air squats

etc.


CONDITIONING: “mile Monday“

for time: 1 mile run
